To understand the creative process we must look at two aspects of Universal Law. Firstly, there lies within all mankind an immense power and, secondly, this power is impartial and unemotional. Some call it the universal mind, or the Christ consciousness, or what you will, it is the capacity to align with this power that allows man a recognition of the universal life force that we call “God.”

The life force is eternal and universal, and, because of its limitless capacity, it is a part of all things. Moreover, it is a greater part of each of us. Consequently, we all have within us access to an unlimited power. Creating miracles in our lives becomes a matter of identifying with this power, understanding its characteristics and learning to manage it effectively. This identification requires setting aside reactive thought, knowing that the power is within you and acknowledging that fact by saying, “I am eternal, immortal, universal, infinite love, infinite peace, I am beauty.” Through this initiatory act, you align with, identify with, the true power source and you are poised for the next step, which involves looking at its characteristics.

The universal law is impartial and unemotional. It has no way of knowing what you want, nor does it discriminate between your hopes and aspirations, likes and dislikes-it is pure energy. It accepts whatever thoughts, feelings, and actions you project and reflects them back to you unemotionally at face value in the form of all the events that you experience day-to-day.

This power, this energy, is managed by your thoughts both conscious and unconscious. Therefore it is the power of your choice as to how you manage this energy. It is your choice as to what you identify with internally. You can identify with the distorted thoughts of your ego, play the victim and blame others for your lot in life. Or you can experience the power of accountability and responsibility for self, as you choose to align with the clarity and power of your higher self, your spiritual essence.
